John Henry III represents 10 self storage transaction on behalf of State Storage in the following states: Rhode Island, Minnesota Wisconsin, and Missouri.

Over 250,000 Sq ft of RV Parking and self storage this is one of the biggest sites in America! Planned for total rehab and explains to almost twice its size by 2025.

State Storage now 50 facilities nationwide has secured its 9th Wisconsin site in Somerset. Plans in place to bring total Sq ft of facility to 55,000 sq ft. We invest in sites that are normally largest in area to provide the most affordable service.

State Storage closes its 4th location in the Green Bay, Appleton, and Depere area. This location is located in Fox Valley and is just under 50,000 sq ft with some large RV Bay that are 40ft+ deep. This site will be fully secured with our cloud gate.

Patriot State Storage in Providence Rhode Island is set to open the end of October. The brand new 30,000 square feet of indoor climate-controlled storage units is located at 204 Hartford Ave in Providence, Rhode Island
