State Storage Kansas City purchased Lake City UStor which is ocated in Independence, Missouri. The site will operate under the Royal State Storage Brand with the name Lake City Royal State Storage. The site has over 250,000 Sq ft of RV Parking and self storage this is one of the biggest sites in America! In addtion to drive up storage and drive through parking the site has covered boat and RV Parking and has been serving the area for many years.

Lake City Royal State Storage now has plans to upgrade and expand the facility to almost twice its size by 2025.
